From code to contracts to closings.

I earned an A.S. in Computer Science from Collin College and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, then spent seven years as a software engineer at Fidelity Investments and, most recently, T-Mobile, building full-stack applications — work that taught me to break complex problems into clear, testable pieces, and to be suspicious of anything I can’t verify with data.

Alongside that work, I became a real estate investor — buying, renovating, and evaluating properties for fix-and-flip projects and short-term rentals, and I still do. Underwriting my own deals means I can’t afford to get the numbers wrong: every renovation budget, rent projection, and offer price has to hold up to scrutiny before I put my own money behind it.

Becoming a licensed Texas real estate agent and REALTOR® with Local Realty Agency was a natural next step. I treat every client relationship the same way: I’d rather show you the actual numbers behind a recommendation than ask you to take my word for it.
